Chubb Custodial 3G112 Mk1 Mortice deadlock

Chubb Custodial 3G112 Mk1 is a heavy duty mortice deadlock with twin key double throw facility

These locks are suitable for:

  • steel doors / grille gates
  • solid hardwood doors –min 54mm thick

  • 35mm double bolt throw
  • Singles (servant) key does the first operation.
  • Doubles (master) key does both the first and the second operation.
  • Second bolt throw using Master key effectively ‘locks out’ use of the first key
  • 16 double gated lever mechanism

  • self lubricating key bushes
  • escutcheon provides positive key location
  • heavy duty steel deadbolt
  • anti-hacksaw steel rollers
  • When fitting to steel doors and grille gates the lock must be housed within the special outer steel box which is welded to the gates
  • For steel faced doors the outer steel box can only be fitted during the door manufacture stage and therefore must be ordered well in advance
  • In all cases full details of door and frame rebates, hand thickness etc should be advised so that correct lock fixing parts etc are supplied
